Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

How can I schedule an interior photo session?

To schedule an interior photo session, you can contact us by email or direct message.
If you are a new client, we recommend reaching out 5–10 days in advance for local projects and 15–30 days in advance for projects outside the city, depending on complexity and availability.

Before confirming the booking, we go through a few simple steps:

  • checking availability for the desired date
  • accepting the terms and conditions
  • signing the service contract
  • establishing logistical details (schedule, location, travel plan – if applicable)
  • paying an advance for remote projects

These steps help us ensure a clear, organized collaboration and deliver results at the expected level from the very first session.

How much does a photo session for interior design or hospitality properties cost?

The cost of a photo session for interior design or hospitality apartments is determined based on the duration and complexity of the project.

We work with two types of rates:

  • Half Day Rate – for projects lasting between 2 and 6 hours, providing 15–35 photographs
  • Full Day Rate – for projects lasting between 6 and 10 hours, providing 25 up to a maximum of 50 photographs

This approach allows us to allocate the necessary time to each project without rushing the creative process, whether it is an Airbnb apartment or an editorial interior design project.

How much does a video session for interior design or hospitality rental properties cost?

The cost of a video session for interior design or hospitality rental properties is determined based on the duration of the filming and the complexity of the project.

We work with two types of pricing:

Half Day Rate – for video projects that take between 3 and 6 hours

Full Day Rate – for video projects that take between 6 and 12 hours

This structure allows us to produce coherent, cinematic, and carefully crafted video materials, without time-related compromises, whether we are talking about an interior design project or a hospitality rental apartment.

How long does an interior design photo session take?

The duration of an interior design photo session depends on the size and complexity of the space.

For an apartment with up to 2 rooms, sessions usually last up to 6 hours.
For a 3-room apartment or a whole house, the time can reach up to 10 hours.

A decisive factor is also the intensity of natural light, which is why bookings are usually scheduled on days with the best light, to capture the space under optimal conditions.

This approach allows us to create photographs that highlight the volume, atmosphere, and details of the interior design to international magazine standards, without compromise.

Why does an interior design photo session take so long?

Interior design photo sessions take a long time because each shot is created with maximum attention to detail and composition.

The process involves:

  • a brief walkthrough with the designer to understand all requirements

  • selecting the best shots, precise from a geometric perspective

  • adjusting the lighting and arranging objects to create volume, space, and atmosphere

  • continuously adapting to natural light conditions to maintain visual consistency throughout the album

Sometimes, a session starts in a sunny atmosphere, and to capture the same perfect light in all shots, a pause may be necessary until the light is optimal again.

These stages, combined with attention to visual storytelling and artistic quality, explain why an interior design session can last several hours.

Is it necessary for me to be present during the interior design photo shoot?

For interior design photo shoots, we recommend that presence be limited to the photographer, assistant, and designer. A large number of people can create distractions, and this type of photography involves a careful, time- and energy-consuming process that usually takes place over several hours.

The designer’s presence is optional for the entire duration of the shoot; however, it is important at the beginning of the session, for a walkthrough of the property and for establishing all the details and requirements related to the visual concept of the project.

Is it necessary for me to be present during the Airbnb photo shoot?

No. For photo shoots carried out for Airbnb apartments or hospitality rental properties, the owner’s presence is not required.

It is sufficient to provide us with the check-in details, and we will take full care of the photographic part.

The only important condition is that the apartment must be clean, tidy, and fully equipped at the time of the shoot.
Our services do not include cleaning, staging, or providing decorative items; these are the responsibility of the owner or the property manager.

This flexibility is ideal for owners who manage Airbnb properties remotely.

Do you photograph Airbnb apartments in Arad and in other cities?

Yes. We photograph Airbnb apartments and hospitality rental properties in Arad, as well as in other cities in Romania, such as Timișoara, Oradea, Cluj-Napoca, Brașov, Sibiu, Bucharest, Iași, and Suceava.

We also carry out projects in any other location in the country or outside Romania, based on a clear transportation plan that is established and agreed upon with the client prior to scheduling.

For projects carried out outside the city of Arad, we require a 50% advance payment of the total service value, which secures the date, the team’s availability, and the logistical organization of the trip.

Does professional photography pay for itself quickly for an Airbnb?

Yes. In most cases, the cost of the photos can be recovered within the first 3–5 bookings, depending on the apartment’s nightly rate.

Professional photographs help increase the listing’s visibility, attract more guests, and consequently improve the chances of faster and more frequent bookings.

As a result, the investment in high-quality photography is often recovered in a very short time.

How long have you been photographing interiors?

The experience and portfolio of a photographer are essential when choosing a collaborator.
We have been photographing interiors for 6 years, starting in the real estate sector, where we completed over 2,000 properties.

Since 2025, we have focused on artistic interior photography, both for interior design projects and hospitality rental spaces.

Our portfolio has evolved over the years: from the precise, bright, ultra-wide style typical of real estate, to photographs that convey atmosphere and emotion, designed to evoke a feeling and transform the way the viewer perceives the space.

What are the 5 most important photos for a successful listing of a hospitality rental or cabin?

For a hospitality rental or cabin, a successful photo starts with the living room.
The living room is the first and most important difference compared to a traditional hotel.

For those searching for Airbnb-style locations, this is the main attraction—the space where the experience is created. Next come images that combine amenities with ambient details, designed to convey comfort, atmosphere, and mood.

In hospitality photography, the goal is not to rent square meters or highlight obvious features, but to capture the atmosphere and the “home” feeling—the elements that truly convince guests.

What costly mistakes do property owners make when choosing a cheap photographer?

The most common mistake is hiring a photographer without experience in space photography, a field that has rules completely different from other types of photography.

It’s not just about a “cheap” photographer. The same issues arise when an event or portrait photographer is chosen, someone who lacks experience in commercial interior photography.

Space photography requires control over perspective, lighting, volume, and atmosphere—all details that directly influence a guest’s perception and decision to book. By choosing a specialized photographer, the investment in professional images translates into more and faster bookings.
